Since 2018, TNF Fitness has been the home of serious training in Sungai Buloh. We started with a single room and a belief that everyone deserves expert guidance on their fitness journey.
How We Started
FROM A SMALL GYM TO A COMMUNITY
TNF Fitness was founded in 2018 by a group of passionate fitness professionals who saw a gap in Sungai Buloh — there was nowhere for residents to get serious, expert-led training without driving to the city.
